Population Health Innovation Summit 2018 took place on June 6, 2018, at the Albany Capital Center.  The event united local government leaders, health industry experts, and frontline implementers to showcase promising innovations that are being piloted in our communities to improve the health and well-being of New Yorkers. Attendees heard pioneering case studies and engaging panel discussions, and they took advantage of numerous opportunities to network with professionals in the community who share common goals.

The event:

  • Highlighted success stories and honed in on lessons that can be applied to other need areas
  • Fostered discussion on how diffusion of innovations can be accelerated, scaled or better integrated through community partnerships

This program was approved for up to 3.75 continuing education (CE) hours for use in fulfilling the continuing education requirements of the Certified Professional in Healthcare Information & Management Systems (CPHIMS) or the Certified Associate in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CAHIMS).
